Frequently asked questions

Does Splitero require proof of income?
No. Splitero doesn't verify income or employment.
Can I get Splitero with bad credit?
Possibly. The minimum score is 500, far below most HELOC lenders. Recent foreclosures, Chapter 7 bankruptcies and multiple defaults are disqualifying.

Splitero focuses on owner-occupied homes at origination; some second homes and investment properties may qualify under extra criteria. You may be able to rent the home out after funding.
