How long Splitero takes
Short answer
Splitero says funding can take as little as 10–20 days from application. Pre-qualification is usually confirmed in 1–2 business days. Independent reviewers and customers often report three to four weeks end to end, and appraisal or title issues can add more.
| Stage | Typical time | What can slow it down |
|---|---|---|
| Online estimate | Minutes | — |
| Pre-qualification | 1–2 business days | Missing details about liens or ownership |
| Full application + credit | A few days | Credit report issues, prior defaults |
| Valuation | Days to about two weeks | Hybrid appraisal scheduling, unusual property |
| Title and closing | About a week | Liens, trust or LLC paperwork, notary scheduling |
| Funding | 1–3 business days after closing | Bank cut-off times |

How to speed things up
- Have mortgage statements, ID and any trust or LLC documents ready before you apply.
- Answer requests the same day — most delays are waiting on the homeowner.
- Schedule the appraisal or inspection at the earliest slot.
- Clear small liens or judgments before applying.
Checklist before you apply
- Latest mortgage statement(s) and any HELOC statements
- Government ID for every owner on title
- Homeowners insurance declarations page
- Trust or LLC documents if the home isn't held in your personal name
- A list of major improvements with dates
What happens after funding
Once funds arrive, nothing is due monthly. Keep your mortgage, taxes and insurance current, store your closing documents, and note your term's end date. You can start a repurchase at any time; it requires a new appraisal and a repurchase statement.
If you need money sooner
If you need cash within days, a Splitero investment probably won't arrive in time. A personal loan request is a faster first step, and it doesn't need home equity or an appraisal. SpliteroLoans.com isn't affiliated with Splitero.
