Is Splitero available in Michigan?
Short answer
No. Michigan is not one of the 17 states on Splitero's August 10, 2026 list, so Michigan homes can't get a Splitero home equity investment right now. If you need cash, a personal loan request doesn't depend on Splitero's service area or your home's equity.
Ohio has been a Splitero state since January 2025, but Michigan properties aren't eligible.
